How do I refrain effort swine contagion in school?
Today was the 3rd period of school, and already swine contagion is broad throughout my school. People are coughing, sneezing, regurgitation (ugh! the poorest part) and feverish, and there is a daylong distinction right the nurse's office. I go to a clannish school, and the nous of edifice won't near it to preclude newborn cases. Don't feature to verify vitamins and refrain displeased people, I hit way charts in every collection so I can't refrain displeased grouping and vitamins don't support when someone sneezes or barfs on you.

You are smart to be concerned about how to stay healthy when you have to be around infected people. The virus spreads from tiny droplets of water that are sprayed when you talk, cough, laugh, sneeze, or spit. The droplets spray about 3 feet (1 meter) in distance. They are not visible. You can be unknowingly exposed to the infected droplets if you are within 3 feet of an infected person. To avoid infection you can stop hand-shaking, kissing, avoid crowded spaces, and stay away from people who appear to be ill (coughing, vomiting etc). Make sure to wash your hands all of the time (more than you think necessary) or use hand sanitizer. Try not to touch your hands to your face. Get plenty of sleep and otherwise take care of yourself and you may not get sick. I'd say to stop going to class, but that isn't realistic so just try to avoid people who look ill. The Swine flu is extremely overrated. The normal flu kills more people every year (if not more). Just wash your hands frequently, if you get sick, cough in your arm, not on your hands so you don't spread germs.Wash your hands thoroughly. You should be able to sing happy birthday twice, and then you can dry your hands. Bring hand sanitizer, and try avoiding those who you know are sick.
hand sanitizers, bringing a bandanna to cover your nose (but not "gang" bandanas— red, blue, yellow, green) but pink, purple, orange and other colors would be fine. Always go to the doctor once a while. Also, bring frebreeze or other air freshener AS WELL AS killing germs at the same time.
I would avoid sick people, if you can, keep a botttle of hand sanitizer in your locker and dont get in peoples faces…..and dont touch your face….thats probably all you can do….the school needs to send these sick people home, and keep them there.*

There has to be a clinic where you can get a flu shot, for around $25. Since the outbreak is at your school more than likely they will be offering services so students can get their flu shots.If you feel like you have it, stay home!
I would talk to my Dr. first of all. And I would not touch anyone or anything that has been touched by anyone else sick or healthy………..that stuff spread like a wildfire. Wash your hands all the time. If someone hands you a pencil, don't take it!!!
jesus christ. i clicked on this question hoping to get real answers…kids in the high school in my area are starting to get it, and i REALLY want to find ways to avoid it before it can spread to the junior high…:(it was funny back when it first started and the guys jokingly wore doctors masks to school to avoid it, but now i'm really freaked…small school. oh no! we're all gonna die!!!O.o

Hand sanitizer, and stay away from coughers.Its rapidly spreading through my schooland i have it =OBut its really not bad, i had a cold last year that was worse than this
Keep Germ-X with you at all times and try not to look anybody directly in the face, also wash your hands at all times. Good luck! We've had swine flu cases in my town, but not as bad as that.
