Question by Ayanna Parker: Are there any GOOD stylist in Chicago’s South Suburbs that specialize in African American hair care?
I am getting married next year, and I am trying to get a head start on finding the perfect stylist for my special day. Primarily I do my own hair, so I have taken to the web to research and find stylist or salons to utilize for my wedding.

I need someone who would specialize in African American Hair Care and that would be located in chicago’s south suburban area (Preferably Orland Park, Homer Glen, Tinley Park etc.)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There is this site I started:

where you can post and find reviews on stylists in your area. It’s pretty new and doesn’t have that particular area just yet, but you can start one there! I can post something in Craigslist for your area to try and get someone to post!
