I know someone who opened a home to get hookers off the street. It was a place to get cleaned up and go get a job. She was in in for 5 years and her first graduate went back to the streets and it broke her heart. They closed up after that. But make sure you are emotionally ready.

Talk to the City you live in, they might help you buy a location or rent a location. They’re willing to get them off the streets.
