Does it matter if a person believes in God or not? How does someone get an unhealthy spiritual health? How do you heal an unhealthy spiritual health? What constitutes a healthy spiritual health? How can someone who doesn’t believe in God or anything that cannot be explained by science have a spiritual health? Would their version of spiritual health mean a healthy mental health?

Is there a differnce between spiritual health and mental health?

Mental health is just that….you can make sound, reasonable decisions.
Sprititual health is another term for having self confidence, and self esteem. Religious people lack this, but by utilizing religion, they add a crutch to their brain that makes them act as if they were self confident, and possesses self esteem. Non-religious people don’t need fake stories to stand on their own two feet and accept responsibility for their own actions.
